Jenis surat tersebut adalah surat resmi, dimana surat balasan terhadap perusahaan buku kepada costumer menggunakan kalimat yang efektif seperti sederhana, ringkas, jelas, sopan dan menarik. Dan surat resmi biasanya dibuat oleh lembaga perusahaan tersebut.
